Scope: Installation of joint sealants at the new additions as well as installing polyurea in the interior slab on grade joints.
K1 Speed
Location: Lee Summit, MO
Scope: Installation of joint sealants at all tilt panel joints, window frames and doors inside and outside. We installed an air barrier system behind the metal panels at the entrance of the building as well as semi-rigid epoxy in the racetrack.

Cable Dahmer Arena
Location: Independence, MO
Scope: Faced with leaks inside of the entire arena due to failed sealant we came up with a solution to stop damage from happening any longer. We removed the seats at the arena, removed all of the joint sealants inside and replaced them with new sealants. The seats were re-installed and we kept up with schedule so they could have events during construction.
